We therefore process the personal data of our clients, suppliers and business partners in line with current legislation for the protection of personal data and data security. 3. Legal basis and purposes of processing
We process your personal data exclusively to the necessary extent, using the following legal basis:
Due to your consent in accordance with Article 6 Para. 1 lit. a GDPR: if you have consented to the processing of your personal data, we process this only in accordance with the purposes specified in the declaration of consent and according to the scope outlined there. Once granted, this consent can be revoked at any time with respect to future usage (for example, you can object to the processing of your personal data for marketing and advertising purposes if you do not wish your data to be processed in future).

4. Data categories for personal data
We process personal data that we receive from you in connection with our business relationship. In addition, we process reliable data that we have received from credit agencies and publically accessible sources (e.g. commercial register, register of associations, land register, media).
This personal data includes your particulars (name, address, contact data, date and place of birth, nationality, etc.) and identification data (e.g. identity card data). It can also include assignment data (e.g. payment orders), data from the fulfilment of our contractual obligation (e.g. sales data), advertising and distribution data, documentation data (e.g. written records from consultations), register data, image and sound data (e.g. video and telephone recordings), results of processing and also data for the fulfilment of legal and regulatory requirements.

In accordance with the GDPR specifications, you have the right to access information on your data as stored by us, and also request rectification, erasure and restriction of the processing of your data at any time. You also have the right to object against processing and also the right to data portability. With regard to the exercising of your data protection rights and/or if you are of the opinion that we have violated data protection legislation in connection with the processing of your data, we request that you contact us at the address specified above.
